Serina Cosmetics – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Serina Cosmetics, we are committed to delivering authentic beauty products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order on SerinaCosmetics.com, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Return Policy.

1).   No Return on Opened Cosmetic Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered cosmetic or skincare products.

This policy applies to:

  • Creams

  • Lotions

  • Oils

  • Soaps

  • Serums

  • Beauty treatments

  • Any personal care product

Once a product seal has been broken, the item cannot be returned or refunded.

2).    Eligible Returns

A return may be approved only under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The item received is defective
  • The item is missing from the order

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

3).   Proof Required for Claims

To process a return request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the rejection of the claim.

4).    Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved:

The product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • In resalable condition

Serina Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

5).  Refund Method

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued through:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit, at our discretion

Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and transaction charges are non-refundable.

6).   Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the error was made by Serina Cosmetics, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Serina Cosmetics is not responsible for lost return shipments that are not properly tracked.

7).   Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order after it has been shipped:

  • Shipping fees will not be refunded
  • Any return shipping or customs charges will be deducted from the refund

If these charges exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

8).   International Orders & Customs Fees

For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local government fees

Failure to pay customs fees resulting in returned or abandoned shipments will not qualify for a refund.

9).   Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

10).   Fraud Prevention

Serina Cosmetics reserves the right to:

  1. Refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
  2. Limit returns from customers with excessive return history
  3. Cancel orders flagged as high risk

11).   Limitation of Liability

Serina Cosmetics shall not be liable for:

  • Skin reactions caused by product ingredients
  • Allergic reactions due to improper product use
  • Customer misuse or failure to follow product instructions

Customers are encouraged to review product ingredients before purchase.
