  How to use:

  1. Rinse your skin with warm water to moisturize it.
  2. Place a small amount of body scrub on the palm of your hand.
  3. Gently rub the scrub into your skin in small circular motions, using your hand or an exfoliating glove.
  4. Gently rub your skin for 30 seconds to no more than 1 minute.
  5. Rinse your skin with lukewarm water. Wash your skin as usual.
  6. Pat your skin dry.
  7. Apply moisturizer to your body.
