• No. 3: Apply to damp hair after shampooing and leave on for 10-30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
• 4 & 5: Use the shampoo and conditioner as you would any regular shampoo and conditioner. Apply shampoo to wet hair, then rinse. Next, apply conditioner and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.
